STEP 1
Determine Eligibility
Register a Private Limited Company in Singapore /Hold at least 30% shareholding in the company/ Demonstrate a viable business plan with sustainable operations/ Pay yourself a minimum salary of SGD 5,000/month (higher for certain industries). Hire at least 1 local employee (Singaporean/PR) and contribute to CPF
