Self-Employed Visa

The French Self-Employed Visa (Visa Profession Libérale) is a residence permit designed for entrepreneurs, artists, consultants, and other professionals who wish to engage in freelance or independent business activities in France. This visa allows holders to legally conduct commercial activities in France and provides a pathway to long-term residence or permanent residency (10-year residence card). To launch or invest in a French business, a minimum capital of €30,000 must be provided. This capital serves as operational funds and must be deposited into the company's bank account for daily business operations. Business Plan -Submitted in English or French, detailing the company's objectives, market analysis, and growth strategy. -3-Year Financial Projections -A forecast of revenue, expenses, and profitability for the first three years. Proof of Entrepreneurial Capability (at least one of the following, preferably multiple): Master’s degree in a relevant field (from any country) or 5+ years of professional experience in the related industry.
