Hong Kong Top Talent Pass Scheme

The Hong Kong Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS) is a talent admission program launched by the Hong Kong government in December 2022. It aims to attract high-income professionals and top university graduates to work or start businesses in Hong Kong, enhancing the city's competitiveness. Category A: Annual income of HK$2.5 million or above in the past year (no academic requirement). Category B: Hold a bachelor's degree from a top 100 global university with at least 3 years of work experience in the past 5 years. Category C: Hold a bachelor's degree from a top 100 global university (graduated within the past 5 years) with less than 3 years of work experience (annual quota: 10,000).
