Turkey Passport Program

The Turkish Citizenship by Real Estate Investment Program allows foreign investors to obtain Turkish citizenship through property purchase. According to Turkish government regulations, investors only need to purchase property worth at least $400,000 and hold it for 3 years to apply for a Turkish passport.
