STEP 1
Check Eligibility
Minimum 60 points required (based on age, education, work experience, language proficiency)
STEP 2
Submit Expression of Interest, EOI
Register an EOI via MPNP online portal to enter the candidate pool.Higher scores increase chances of receiving a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA)
STEP 3
Receive Nomination Invitation
Manitoba issues LAAs to top-ranking candidates periodically
STEP 4
Apply for MPNP Nomination
Proof of employment (if applicable), Educational Credential Assessment (ECA);Language test results (e.g., IELTS CLB 5+ for most streams);Manitoba connection (e.g., family/friend support, job offer, or prior study in MB)

Receive Provincial Nomination
