Skilled Residence Pathways -6-point Skilled Migrant Resident Visa Applicants for the 6-point skilled immigration system must achieve a total of 6 points to submit their application. You can earn 3 to 6 points for any one of the following criteria: -New Zealand occupational registration -A relevant qualification (Bachelor’s degree or higher) -Income (at least 1.5 times New Zealand’s median wage) Additionally, you can gain 1 point per year of skilled work experience in New Zealand, up to a maximum of 3 points. These work experience points can be combined with points earned from the criteria above. Must meet the following requirements: 1.Age (55 years or younger) 2.English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent in other recognized English tests) 3.Health and character requirements 4.You must have a skilled job or a skilled job offer with an accredited employer

NZ Immigration selects high-scoring EOIs and issues ITAs (usually within 6 months). After ITA, you have 4 months to lodge a full application.
